Went to buy some wine at Safeway and had to purchase some other items the man that served us said he will send the docket down to the check out so the could include our other purchase, the girl on the register was quite rude and said that we could not do this, i advised her that the man said we could and while she was serving us just kept on saying that it was not right and did not say anything else

I went to safeway to get a drink for dinner was last min and i was in a rush. i got the drink but getting out was hard. the staff , yes had staff but they are all talking to one another. then went to the self checkout computer not working and no staff to help. went to a register to get help.

A nice new store. It is spacious and has the great range of goods that you would expect. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Safeway is a good supermarket and getting better. Happy with the quality of food they have especially in the fresh food section. Most of the products I look for are found here.
Like a normal supermarket or Safeway, it's got everything you need. As there aren't that many shoppers, the service is quite good. Its especially convenient when you need something late a night.
I find the store is very easily accessed considering it is in a big shopping complex. And its display layout is very neat and tidy. Food are fresh. The only thing I find could be improved is the length of the waiting time at the checkout point.
