this safeway is really good the staff are super friendly, specials on display, and the service is above and beyond, its nice to go to a store and being served and they pack your groceries properly yay
The staff are always friendly I'm in there all the time grabbing this or forgetting that and having to back its always pleasant and happy environment and I love the self serve to get in and out quickly
I decided to truck self service and i had alot of difficulty and felt very embarrassed but the lady was very understanding and helped me with me groceries and i left with a smile

Most of the time I shop here,staff are absolutely fabulous and friendly and take the time to get to know regular customers. some good bargains to be add but come to fruit and vegies they let themselves down as 'The fresh food people' With fruit and vegies kept in cold store they tend to spoil within days (lettuce always is full of too much moisture and quickly spoils within days) This section needs more thought and attention. So can only high score service, overall not a bad place to shop and convenient.
Why do they have the trolleys with baby seats chained? You have to line up and ask for it to be unlocked. What made it worse was the staff member rolling her eyes searching for the keys then a total lack of manners and disinterest in helping me.
You can nearly always get what you want. They people that work there are lovely and helpful. Havent had a bad experience yet.
there is always lots of people of the registers, I have never had to wait long before being served. The shelf are always neat and stocked and capped well. And the staff are always smiling, service desk are always happy to help.
Deli make you wait a long time to get served however.
fresh food people is not the way i would describe this organisation. fruit & veg is always over priced and due or past expiry. they must think the consumers are stupid

unhelpful staff who ignore you and chat amongst themselves about their social life. get annoyed if you ask them a question. the deli department staff keep you waiting for a long time.
Great new store layout - looks very clean and fresh. The staff are helpful and their is a great range of products. Pricing is about normal but regular bargains can be had if you look hard.
