SA Physiotherapy

I started going to SA physiotherapy due to my excruciating pain and tingling sensation in my thighs. Mahesh is very talented, kind and knowledgeable. I have visited so many physiotherapists before and there was no relief. My pain levels have reduced just in one Session. Mahesh helped me to understand what’s wrong with my thighs and explained it clearly with the help of clinic skeleton. He rightly diagnosed that the pain is not because of the herniated disc, but it is because of the piriformis muscle compressing the sciatic nerve. He also reassured me that it was fixable. He is extremely good at diagnosis and clinical reasoning. He remembers everything about his patients and he has a great sense of humour. He creates a friendly environment. I’m extremely satisfied with the treatment provided and I would highly recommend SA physiotherapy for any aches and pains.
