I’ve used Ruby Oak Floristry a few times now and every experience has been incredible. The flowers are always fresh and beautifully arranged, with a style that feels both modern and thoughtful. You can really see the quality in every bouquet.

I chose this florist based on the quality of arrangements shown on their website.

I ordered the Luxe option, which indicated it would reflect the pictured bouquet. However, the floral arrangement delivered was significantly different from what was advertised. Key feature flowers were not included or reduced in quantity, and the overall composition relied more on filler flowers.

I contacted the business and when they eventually responded, the explanation focused on seasonal variation and did not address the difference in design, composition, and overall value compared to what I had expected based on how they promote themselves.

Based on my experience, this florist might be ok for standard flowers but not worth trusting if you want something special and a professional florist that will deliver on your expectations.
