I went out to the Rutherford RSPCA to make an appointment for my dog to have his next immunisation and they are so much cheaper than the regular vets. While I was there we went into the other door where the adoption centre is and they have a really good range of food, bedding and toys for dogs and cats so we picked up a kong rubber toy for $8 instead of the $13-15 they are asking in pet shops. The girls behind the counter are super nice too. I will be heading back out to the RSPCA when I next need dog food also as it was reasonably priced and the profit goes to a good cause.
