My bedroom window went up but always got stuck on the way down. I had to go outside on a number of occasions to pull it down. I called RSCS after the shutter got stuck inside the box and they fixed it free with a service and gave me a 2 year warranty. I don't normally write these things but I just have to say that if you want your roller shutters fixed quickly and properly, call these guys.
