Roxy Nails

I went there early in the morning at 9:30. There were me and two other people there. The lady was so rushed to do my SNS and feet.
I chose black nails and they didn’t even clean around my nails nor clear off my dead skin. And on certain fingers you can still see my nail, the sns didn’t even cover it.
Then getting a pedicure it was done and finished within 10 mins.
So disappointed with this place. Never coming back.

This place is ok but not great. I bought my wife a manicure and it was around $10, so not bad. As I waited for her to get done, I noticed that some staff were eating their lunch. This isn't bad, but they were sitting at their work areas so it makes me wonder about their cleanliness.

The staff also talked to each other loudly in another language. It doesn't really matter what they spoke, but I think talking in any language (and especially what your customers can't speak) to coworkers constantly is a bit rude.

I would pass on this place in the future, unless you have someone with you to talk to.

I love getting my nail done every now and then, every nail salon I have been to have staff who hardly speaks english not so much my issues as i am not there to chat with staff. they do their job perfectly but i guess they need more training when it comes to customer service. staff chatting with each other in some other language is bit unprofessional to me. But the job it self is just great. May be next time i will take my headphone and enjoy music instead of listening to something that i don't even understand

A girlfriend and I dropped by here without an appointment as it wasn't overly busy, we were fitted in and both had Shellac Gel Colour to our nails for $25. I had a pretty pink colour put on mine. Whilst the lady serving me wasn't 100% fluent in english, she tried to make conversation which was welcoming and made me smile. Whilst working on my nails, her colleague kept calling her and having a conversation with her at the same time from across the room, which I thought was rather rude. She looked uncomfortable but still continued to reply!

Whilst at the time the salon wasn't busy with just two other ladies in the salon, the other staff happily at their work stations chatting loudly to each other ( not in English) and one staff member could be seen eating her Chicken Curry there, which was abit off putting as she was at her work station! The salon was kept clean and well maintained.

They offer other services such as spa manicures, hair washing and straightening, full body waxing, laser and brazilians and eyelash extensions too!

Honestly I wouldn't return , although she did a nice job on my nails! Only positive I found there!
