Ordered 3x monitors on 19/10/21 that were in stock. It is now over 1+ months later and i still have not received the monitors, and Rosman Computers have no idea where they are. Tracking link says they haven't even left the depot, yet their courier says it was delivered (which is not possible). I have been dealing with the store manager Rhoan, who has been extremely unhelpful and has been "looking in it" for nearly 2 weeks with no update and zero communication. I am being refused a refund for the products I have not received, and Rossman have given me no update on where the monitors are or what the resolution is). In the meantime I have 3 employees who cant work properly & it is costing me time & money. I would never purchasing from this company again; Unprofessional, poor commmunication & lack of customer service.

Approximate cost: $3000

I placed an order with an ETA and heard no updates for weeks after placing order even though they promise SMS updates. After hearing nothing I rechecked the product page and discovered they have changed the ETA to weeks later. When cancelling the order they tried to ping me with a ridiculous $35 fee. Apalling service given they never even had the item in stock.

Not a pleasant experience honestly, communication was terribly slow even in the current times. I received one order very late, then the other I had to cancel after it kept getting pushed back so I had to cancel it. They charge a ridiculous fee for canceling off the shelf items, I thought about fighting it but I just wanted to be done with them.

Wish I read some reviews earlier, also if I knew about the cancellation fee I would never of ordered from them, and now I never will again. My advice would be don't order anything from them that is not in stock, and if it was in stock I'd double check with them before placing an order.

They never shipped my $300 monitor and refuse to give my money back. Been trying for a week and now have to go through my credit card company for a charge back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

My laptop got a virus and would not turn on. I brought it here to be fixed and had no idea what was wrong with it. I had to pay $70 upfront before they'd even look at it. It took a long time for them to get around to it as they were busy (maybe 2 weeks) and then when it was fixed I had to pay another $100 I think. If I did not pick it up in the next 2 days from when it was fixed there would be an extra charge per day for storage! That was a bit awkward as I couldn't pick it up until the weekend as I don't work close-by so I had to ask a friend to go pick it up for me. They never gave me any explanation of what had been wrong with it, what they had done to fix it or what I could do in the future to prevent it happening again. It did work fine after and I haven't had any problems since though.
