Don't trust your investment property with this firm. They had management of my property for years. I asked another management firm for a rent appraisal once the tenants left only to be told the property was not rentable! 2 months and thousands of dollars later, it's finally in a state to be rented.
Pathetic. Only interested in how much money they can rip out of the tenants whilst providing as little service as possible. I would rather sleep under a tree than rent a property off these idiots.
Had such a poor experience here. Property managers seemed too inexperienced and were always too busy. Questions would go unanswered for 3-4 days before I would get a response for urgent and normal issues.
