Even though this company claims they are the leading distributor in the country, I highly recommend people avoid buying their products if possible. As a customer, I have felt like I meant nothing to them. On several occasions, issues sent to them via phone, email or snail mail are ignored.

This company is releasing my favourite show of all-time yet their work is below standards; poor and lazy and their attitude appalling.
