Jeff was as usual very efficient and quick. Once finished the new computer felt very familiar just much faster.
I'm always pleased with the service delivered by Jeff and would be happy to recommend him to my family and friends.
Really grateful that their technician willing to work until 7pm or on a Saturday at no extra charge. It meant I didn't have to leave work early. Also good that they could come promptly and not have to wait a week for someone to turn up to sort it out.
The IT guy was helpful and didn't speak down to me. He asked questions that showed he was actually listening to what I was saying the problem was.
