Recently, I bought a gas cooktop from Retravision, Cannington. The wide range of cooktops available at competitive prices in the store allows me to have plenty of choices. Luke who attended to me was very helpful, knowledgeable & willing to "go the extra mile" to ensure that my final choice was a product that meets my needs & expectations. He also checked if I am a RAC member & ensured that I got the 5% discount which I am eligible for. He was very patient & courteous in addressing my queries & finalising the sale even though it's past his usual lunch hour. I will strongly recommend Retravision to anyone as they have quality staff like Luke and the other friendly front counter staff plus a good range of quality products at competitive prices.
tried to buy a heater staff was on a stool on a private call was very upset to have to serve me never left stool and offered me higher than advertised price and refused to move on that price went elsewhere and got heater 100 dollars cheaper

I was waiting for 10 minutes until staff did attend to me. Otherwise great selection of electronics. prices competetive. Easy to bargain with
this is always the place where when you go there you always want to go back we went for a kettle and a toaster but sadly not matching ,However the sales man made a specilal effort to go out the back and locate the matching kettle .well done its was only a 100 doillar sale but it was treated with helpfulness and politeness and as we are a regular customer (we buy everything there ) i cannever ever fault the service ( even to getting a discount oftheprice)

Ordered a coffee machine, but when I collected it, I was given the display model. Very disappointed with the service.
Since shopping at Retravision Cannington I have not felt the need to shop anywhere else, their Customer Service is excellent and everyone is well trained polite and informative, there service is so good that if you have any queries on any products bought they are happy to assist.
