I found Relax and Be from a mailbox flyer last year and decided to give it a try...SO glad I did as without a doubt, Heather's massages are the best I've had in Melbourne (trust me I've tried many!!). I've been back every month since and have consistently walked out feeling happy, relaxed and zen-like. Thanks Heather for all the stress relief in times of most need!

A truly wonderful and relaxing massage. It was great to take the time out from my busy schedule to get an excellent massage from Heather. She is very professional and was able to ease much tension and tightness in a warm and peaceful environment. She made sure I was comfortable at all times.
