ReACT Roofing

Nothing is done properly until we get others to check. React were told by our electrician that they had used screws that were too short and there was water in the roof cavity. They came with new screws but on checking one of our sons has found some screws too tight and pulling dents in the roof panels while other screws weren't into the timber. He is now on the roof checking and fixing things as well as they can be done.

I contracted them to restore our roof after many, many years of no maintenance.
I read reviews online and there seemed to be more good than bad but the bad were pretty bad, still I went ahead with them.
They were supposed to start work on my roof in June 2021 but didn’t start until July 2021 and didn’t finish it until October 2021.
There was a freak storm a couple of weeks ago which ended up with water coming in and a partial collapse of the ceiling in my lounge room.
Sent an email to React thinking they would do the right thing given it wasn’t even 3 months since completion. It took 4 days for someone to come out to inspect the roof. I was told that the hail had absolutely pummeled the flashing at the base of a ventilation pipe which then allowed water to access. 3 days later someone was back to make the repair and less than 5 days later it needs doing again. It looks like the repair was a strip of gaffa tape!
Email and messages have gone unanswered.
I would not recommend this company to anyone and would not use them again. They are expensive when compared to other companies and they lack communication skills making their customer service incredibly poor

The first visit in 2007 was analysis of my leaking roof, replacement of ridge capping and broken tiles. SInce then, there have been 4 follow up visits for other leaks; which turned out to be the result of substandard installation of flashings around a skylight (reACT kindly siliconed the area to bide me some time until I was able to arrange that mess to be corrected). Some more leaks appeared over the last week and again, reACT were back out (at no charge) and replaced more cracked tiles. The issue is faulty tiles. My roof needs to be re-sealed. Due to the state, reACT have made my job a priority. The service that I have received is outstanding!
