3 words: Rude, unprofessional and judgmental. I noted the business from the moment I had stepped in felt like a school girl, unprofessional, gossip fest. The staff in the office were rude about my inquiry, the staff in the back of the office glanced over several times with filthy looks on its face and the rest of them were sitting around laughing and gossiping like children. I think the owner should consider reevaluating the staff and the detrimental effect their attitudes has on the business. Today Ray White Yeppoon definitely pushed away a possible buyer, it's very safe to say that I won't be coming back to purchase a house from them when I plan to buy in the next 18 months.
