Being new to the business of selling a house I was concerned that I was getting the best advice, service and price as possiple. I met with Dennis after he was recommended by the agents looking after my rental property. He took me through the process of selling and explained clearly both his and my obligations. At the end of the conversation I felt informed and confident that he would get me the best price and had a good sales strategy to make that happen. He was entirely transparent about the costs involved. Dennis kept me informed after each open inspection as to buyer interest and numbers coming through the house. He regularly got into contact about where we were going with the sale and what was the next process. My unit was sold within 2-3 weeks for a price I was happy with. We bought a house through these guys and they were very helpful to us at this stressful time, even before we signed the papers. We had many viewings of the property and the staff were always willing to find a time for us to check it out. We even got complimentary chocolate and wine when the papers were signed and a letter a year later to see how we were going.
