We would just like to thank Matt and his team for stepping into the mess that Freelife Homes left us in. They finished up, what was not an easy job (but should have been) and have given us something that is way and above what we were expecting. Nothing was too much trouble, and seeing as we are based on the east coast and the home is in Perth, made the process doubley challenging. We would be more than happy to recommend Matt and Rare Constructions to anyone looking at building a home with them.

Matt and his team were very professional, organized and punctual when it came to completing our house. For Rare to come in and finish off from the mess that Freelife left us in is a testimony to his company and his employee's, they provided a first class service through out the whole process and we couldn't ask for more. After having a bad experience with another building company due to them liquidating when searching for a replacement builder, I came across Rare Constructions. Matt agreed to provide me a quotation within 24 hours which was required for insurance purposes. Matt has been a pleasure to deal with and provided the required quotation within agreed timeframe at a price I believe to be very reasonable
