I would use him again. I emailed him request to quote to rekey 2 sets of double-cylinder deadlatch. He emailed quote back in 30 mins & price was very fair. He was on time at house & very quickly did the rekey. Very friendly & happy to explain what he is doing. A real good prof.

Great service and advice from Daniel. I had issue with my keys not fitting into the lock due to wear n tear. He arrived on time and fixed it within half hour. He smoothened and adjusted the internal lock mechanism, and no new keys were required. Highly recommend Daniel's service!

I cannot recommend Rapid Locksmiths highly enough. Daniel is very professional, reliable, trustworthy, punctual and efficient. On top of that, he is a lovely person … so friendly and courteous.
We had just moved into our new home and asked Daniel to change all the locks over for us. Daniel advised us that a more cost effective solution to ‘changing’ the locks was to ‘modify the internal workings and cut new keys accordingly’. This was a particularly challenging job, as all of the locks were ‘mortice’ locks (which are difficult enough) AND they were 18 years old with varying degrees of wear AND one of them was a different brand. Daniel was able to navigate around all of these obstacles so that all the locks are keyed alike and operate perfectly – smooth as silk - (even those that were dodgy to begin with). He spent a great deal of time and care to achieve this result, displaying a very high level of skill. Daniel was also very reasonable with his pricing.
We will definitely be calling on Daniel for any future locksmith work.

I phoned Daniel and told him I wanted locks on two doors in my bedroom (one leads to the bathroom) as I am advertising for a boarder and don't want them to be able to interfere with my pc/phone etc which are all in my bedroom. We discussed possible options and I described my doors and he said he would bring a variety of door knobs so I could choose an appropriate one.

When he arrived he had a good quality door knob that matched my wooden doors very well. I was pleased with this as I knew my wooden door knobs would have to be replaced and I wanted it to still look "right"

I gave Daniel my cheapest quote from the other two locksmiths (who had not seen the job but just quoted via email) and he under-cut it by $9.

There was a lot of work involved as Daniel discovered my door frames are made of very hard wood and he had to shift the "lock into hole" as the door had sunk and because it is a different style of door knob.

Since he did not have exact change I got it even cheaper than the original quote (no guarantees this will happen again!)

Daniel was very friendly and professional. I recommend Daniel to anyone looking for a good locksmith.

I recently mislaid my house key, so as I was unable to lock the house, I was virtually housebound. After several failed attempts to get keys cut elsewhere (the claim was made that the keys were identical but none of them worked) I contacted Daniel at Rapid Locksmiths and he came out, cut replacement keys and supplied a new padlock for my shed as well (the keys for that were with my house key). Daniel also checked the lock on the security door, cleaning and oiling it to make sure that it was working efficiently. Daniel offers a speedy, efficient service, listens to what you need, writes everything down and gives a very reasonable quote, I highly recommend him for all cases needing an efficient and reliable locksmith.

I was very happy with the way Daniel from Rapidlocksmiths handled the work which was needed to be done. I phoned late afternoon for a job which was not "urgent, urgent" and he answered promptly and said he would be at my house at 9.00 a.m. the next morning. He arrived promptly and listened attentively to what I needed to have done (which included a total new front door lock and changing of other lock barrels and cutting of new keys) and wrote it all down and also made some practical suggestions. He then calculated how much the work would cost which I thought was extremely reasonable. The day was very hot but he proceeded to carry out the work in a very efficient, clean, quiet and quick manner . I would certainly recommend his business to anyone who needed a very good locksmith.

Daniel keyed all our locks alike with ease, we now on only need one key on our keyrings. Before getting in contact with Rapid locksmiths we purchased internal doorhandles. Once Daniel came to install them we told us that our door handles would not fit. However, Daniel had a solution for every little hurdle. I required the services of Rapid locksmiths to fix the very old lock on my security door and to update security/fix the locks on other doors in the house.

Daniel came out on time was extremely friendly and pleasant. Daniel provided a quote for the requested work and explained the different options. Daniel was able to fix the lock on the my security door and fix the front door lock which had not been working properly and added an additional bolt to another door to make it more secure. I called Rapid Locksmiths at 9 on a Saturday morning, having just discovered that my front door lock had shifted out of alignment after some work I'd had done the previous day. The lock was no longer engaging, so I didn't want to leave the house until I knew I could lock up securely.

Daniel came out that morning, and I was so impressed with him. He came on time, explained all of my options, checked the rest of the locks in the house, quoted everything up, and then completed the work effeciently, tidily and well.
