They're terrible at calling back. They provide shocking customer service & very unprofessional. I will never use them again!

They are very helpful and very friendly with great service. I went to 3 other electrical workshops and was met with rudeness, they do not care and have smart arse attitude. Rapid Electrical Service, on the other hand, listened to me and solved my problem.
