Had the best boxing day. The weather was perfect for the beach. Headed to Ramsgate Beach for lunch in the park with the family. I must say had the best seafood lunch from Ramsgate Beach Seafood. The fish cocktails were amazing. Mum had the salmon, cooked to perfection. The best seafood lunch I've had in a long time. Will be going back there again. All round great fresh food good price and beautiful location.
Worst seafood I've had in 30 years. Stale oil. Not fresh. Very bad. Was quick to cook. The only thing I enjoyed was the water and Sprite I bought because it was the bad flavour away
Ordered bream dont now what I go but was chunkie flackie and horrible want be back.my first time in the shop and last.not happy chapy
After a quick dip at the beach, we drove along Ramsgate Road and spotted Ramsgate Beach Seafood. There was a big queue of people and many others outside waiting to collect their orders.
Inside they sell fresh seafood and of course fish and chips and burgers. We ordered 6 cocktails and chips for $8.50, 2 battered fish and chips for $8.00 each and a 1.25L bottle of coke for $3.50 and was handed a ticket for collection. As we were waiting , we noticed more and more people joining the queue to order. After 20 minutes our order was ready.
The kids fish cocktail and chips meal smelt amazing, the cocktails were big and enough to feed both my kids. My battered fish was quite big and the chips all came seasoned well. Fish was tasty and the batter light and crispy. Well worth the wait!
Definitely would come back here, they have a system in place. Place your order, grab ticket and wait til your ticket number is called for your meal to be ready! Staff were quick and efficient too!
