QuickTech Services was founded in 2025 in Woolloongabba, Brisbane to provide honest and reliable computer repair services for home users and small businesses.

What guarantees or warranties do you offer, if any?

We offer a 30-day warranty on the specific repair performed. If the same issue returns within that time, we will inspect and resolve it at no additional labour cost.

What is your level of experience in this line of work?

I have a Bachelor of Information Technology (Computer Science) and practical experience diagnosing and repairing computers, troubleshooting software issues, performing system upgrades, data recovery, and malware removal for home users and small businesses.

What certifications, qualifications or awards has your business received?

Bachelor of Information Technology (Computer Science), Diploma of Information Technology (Advanced Networking & Cloud Engineering), and Certificate IV in Cyber Security.

Most common services are offered at fixed prices so customers know the cost upfront. More complex repairs may be quoted after diagnosis.

What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

Diagnostics: $60 (credited if repair proceeds).
Virus removal: $120.
Windows reinstall with data migration: from $220.
Performance tune-up: $100.
Data transfer / backup: from $80.
Final pricing is confirmed after diagnosis depending on system condition and data size.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

I enjoy solving technical problems and helping people get their computers working properly again. Many clients rely on their computers for work, study, and communication, so fixing an issue quickly can make a big difference for them.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

Payment is normally due once the repair is completed and the system has been tested. Currently we accept standard payment methods but do not offer payment plans or interest-free terms.

Many repairs can be completed the same day depending on the issue and parts availability. Most common problems are diagnosed quickly so customers can get their computer back as soon as possible.

Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?

A client once thought they had lost important family photos due to a system issue. After diagnosing the problem and recovering the data, they were relieved to have their photos back. Situations like this remind me how important reliable data recovery and backups can be.

We offer a free initial assessment by phone or photos. Diagnostic fees are credited toward the repair if the customer proceeds with the service.
