My wife stayed here december 2016 she was staying here as she had to have surgery she was to recover here before heading back to Qld when she was released from hospital she was locked out of here room as they said she had to pay a deposit.My wife was under the care of the TAC the Quest did not provide this information to the Transport accident commission at all after speaking with reception who had specific instructions from management not to let her in until deposit was payed.my wife rung me put me on to reception after l explained the situation she didnt care my wife was in agony from operation l said it will be sorted once the Tac is open following morning she was rude no compassion what so ever Spoke with the Quest head office whom where not really impressed with the quest doncaster Tac is also investigating matter sure would not want to be in there shoes losing such a huge government contract for accommodation matter still unresolved had to pay $50 dollar deposit have now informed our solicitor and is in there hands avoid this Quest property like the plaque
