Like the taste and is certainly more convenient and less expensive than buying bottled water. However, I find it quite expensive when it takes less than 10 minutes to change the filter over.

I have just moved into a house that already had pura tap, not sure of when the filter's needed to be changed i gave them a call and they were so friendly. When the guy came out he was in and out and even replaced something that he said hadn't been put on correct. Your in good hands with Pura Tap :)

Love love LOVE my puratap, my water used to taste disgusting before i got one, and the consultant who sold me my puratap was so knowledgeable. They had a good range of taps compared to some competitors, with a modern and old fashioned tap so they would suit almost every kitchen.
I have had a puratap for many years, have heard so many horror stories with other brands of water filters, but we have never had a problem with our puratap. Its good value for money compared to buying bottled water and they provide a service to change the filters which is ongoing after your purchase it. So im pretty impressed overall and would highly recommend.
We have had our Puratap for a few years now and would not be without it. Prior to using Puratap our kettle was brown inside from the residues of tap water, but since we have been using water from Puratap the kettle is as clean as the day we bought it. You can also notice the difference in taste if you happen to drink mains water by mistake. They installed it with a minimum of fuss and every twelve months on the dot they return to change the filters. We enjoy the quality and taste of the water so much now that we bought our son and his wife a Puratap for Christmas and now he drinks the water where he never used to before. Even his two kids aged 5 and 3 help themselves to the easy to use tap and fill their bottles up, whereas before they would only drink cordial. We would recommend any one spending a little money and installing a Puratap - it is well worth it.
