I wouldn't recommend this business. Totally unprofessional. At the overpriced concert I advised staff when I checked my 7 year old child in at 5pm that I will need to pick her up before the concert finished as we had a n early Engagement the next morning. I was just told to come back at that time. When I did return after her performance I was rudely told by the unprofessional staff I wasn't allowed to collect her as it was "inconvenient" for them to go and find her as there were a number of children kept in various rooms. I insisted that my daughter be returned to me otherwise I would get the police involved. I was then greeted by a senior member of staff and was rudely told to go and wait outside untill the end of the show (which was at least 1.5-2hrs away) at this point after repeated requests for my child and subsequent refusals and abuse from the various people behind the scenes I had to call the police and it was only after calling the police was my child returned.
