Great store. I've never had a problem with communication. I've bought Lamy fountain pens for my kids (11 at the time) and they were nice enough to swap the nib over from a standard one the the more forgiving "A" nib for beginners with no problems. Since I wont use a cardboard pen box for anything I'd rather it slightly creased than too much wasteful packaging.

Bought a Lamy AL Star. It arrived quickly but came in shoddy packaging. I had bought some nibs as well and the box they were in put a nice scratch in the lid of the Lamy. Clearly they could not care less. Will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Good products for a good price, Only issue is packaging was very poor. Lamy Al-Star came in an auspost satchel with no form of padding or protection at all. Box was very beaten, however the product itself was fine.

I have ordered lots of stationery from PULP ADDICTION over the years, I have placed three orders just in the last few weeks in Feb 2022 for expensive fountain pens and associated supplies, from LAMY, PELIKAN etc. Every order arrived FAST and SAFELY PACKED.
When I had an issue with a pen, customer support REPLIED IN 5 MINUTES (!) with no fuss and they sent out a replacement part THE SAME DAY. No questions asked. AMAZING customer service. I don't know what all the negative reviews are on here; possibly the competition using shill reviewers.
Try these guys and see for yourself, they are awesome.

Impeccable service to me over several years. Astounded by poor reviews. In the last seven months alone I have had five orders totalling over $600. Mostly multiple items, sometimes more than ten. Every order arrived quickly, accurately, packed safely and with inexpensive shipping. And in a pandemic. Happy to recommend Pulp Addiction to everyone.

They made an error with my online order, took over a week to reply to my email and then argued with me about it. Absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend!

Terrible fraudulent business - after sending a product to the incorrect address they have not responded to 7 emails. Happy to take your money and completely ignore you. Take your money elsewhere and don’t buy from this terrible business.

Most if not all of their product is "grey market" meaning if you wind up with a faulty product, you're up **** creek without a paddle. Good luck getting through to customer service. Absolutely woeful. Avoid.

Great store but soooooo much plastic in their packing when you order online so probably won't go through them again. But if that doesn't bother you they have amazing stuff!

Well… not sure what’s happening - made an order 6 days ago on a Sunday night. Got the confirmation almost instantly. That’s all I got so far. Emailed the shop on Thursday to get an update, but nothing. Okay - during this COVID pandemic things can get a bit crazy, but hey come on!l an update shouldn’t be too hard? “We have that many orders/backlog and would need approx 5 days to get to your order or items are with upstream provider…” etc.

Wrong items received. No replies on email enquire. Would not consider purchasing from Pulp Addiction ever again. Wish anyone who have placed orders best of luck.

I saw some crummy reviews so was compelled to submit mine because i had a very positive experience.

Items (fountain pen ink and spare nibs) were competitively priced and shipped with care.

I did have a problem with one of the nibs (scratchy as heck) and they immediately accepted a refund without fuss.

I'll definitely purchase from them again.

Refund forced out of them after radio silence. PayPal has had to do clawback on these guys.

This is a real country type shop. The atmosphere is serene whilst exciting with all the different types of papers for writing, card making and hobbies. I loved browsing and could have stayed longer . The service was very pleasant. It was a joy to have found this shop. Thank you.
