The quality of the cut of our dog was acceptable, but the service is astonishingly bad and was noticeably bad from years back (we have been here approx 2 times a year for 4 years).

It peaked though one day when we dropped off our dog around midday with an agreed pick up by 4pm. At around 3 i received what I thought was a couresty call to say the dog was ready. By 330pm i had no less than 3 phone messages telling me to pick up the dog otherwise i would be charged an extra fee!! I immediatley called back to clarify the matter and to confirm the pick up time was agreed to be 4.

The staff was rude and advised our dog (small poodle) barked too much and I had to pick him up. It's a dog, it barks, as we left around 4pm, most dogs remaining there were barking.

Word of mouth goes a long way and I now advise all friends to go elsewhere.
