Paid for ATX straight after Garrett released them,5 weeks later still no item.Heard multible versions.Even got an email that item was sent.Still prospectors patch unable to give tracking number,after 3 days a numerous stories that item was sent,still unable to get tracking number.Reported to PayPal to get a refund.Stay away.
Purchased an item via net, April 2013. after a few calls and emails, about order, I was told that their shipment was lost. I was not contacted about this. After more calls I was told order was on its way. Still order has not been received as of July 1st 2013. It took 5 days to get 2 detectors from the states to NZ and yet it has taken 3 months almost, only to receive a no show from Perth. I would not recommend dealing with these people.
The Prospectors Patch has been the most helpful of any treasure hunting business I have dealt with anywhere in the world. The shop is like walking into a prospectors shed, we could have spent hours and hours looking at an amazing collection of equipment, gold, and metal detectors. Thankyou Maddy and Jamie for a great experience.
