Worst service ever... my daughters nail beds are all bruised because they ripped the nails off but charged her to get them soaked.. colour and shape did not match the photo that had what my daughter wanted .. I rang while she was still there abs asked them to fix and they said ok.. obviously they’d not understand. Went back the next day to speak to manager and of course they took no responsibility. It was all my daughters fault..
charged $65 for rubbish... if they can’t do their job they shouldn’t be open !!!

The nails were not properly shaped and broken too ..Very unprofessional behaviour .they charge 1.43 dollars extra as well on card although the payment amount was $95.

I was really disappointed with the service I had my eye lashes done there and I came in to remove it because my eye was really irritating me , so I waited for an hour after they told me that they’re going to fit me in for the removal but they didn’t so I left to remove it somewhere else I’ve got told the the glue they used was really bad ever since my eyes haven’t been normal my eyes been really red due to the glue getting inside. I will not recommend this place to anyone Save your eyes!

I was expecting it to hurt like most Asian nail places but they were quite gentle and proper at the same time. While I felt rushed and roused on because I was talking to my friend and not paying attention my nails turned out very natural and nicely shaped. Happy with the results and for $35 you can't go wrong! They did attempt to be friendly at least.

Great value and they do a really good job.I have the French pedicure once a month and find it lasts. If you walk straight in you never have to wait longer than 10 minutes.

Great product but service was rather poor. The service was impersonal and rushed like being in a production line. The cost was reasonable and the nail treatment and polish last for a long time. The foot massage was not as long as described.

I have been to all the ProfessioNail's in Westfield..they are all the same!!
The staff are all totally uninterested in what they are doing..they grind your cuticles till they bleed even when you tell them they ate hurting you...and most of all they don't speak English..DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE!!
