Not only was the lady rude from the moment I walked in but she proceeded to drown my hands in alcohol, my already obviously weak nails were stinging. She didn't stop there. After applying the chrome powder by vigurously rubbing it in and taring my cuticles she then poured more alcohol onto it, I was in so much pain I was almost crying I couldn't do the led light so the nail polish is all coming off and messy. I had to beg them to let me leave. They made me pay and didn't offer any apology or anyway to rectify the situation. I am in so much pain and my nails looks horrible and I can even have them redone. 2 days before Nye as well, I am devestated. Worst experience ever.

This has been my go-to nail salon for years and I have recommended so many of my family and friends who are now also regulars themselves. Always happy with the service provided here, their team are friendly, quick and super efficient and there is always plenty of staff in store who are always willing to do their best to ensure you receive an immediate service and work hard to make sure you leave happy with the final result/overall service!
