The shop was very clean and very well handled. All equipment was organised and looked after. I got a full set acrylic for $35 which is the same price as many other nail salons. The ladies were very lovely and welcoming. They made sure I knew what was happening at all time.
The nail job was exquisite. The nail technician was very thorough and had a great eye for detail. She made sure that every nail was sculpted perfectly taking her time perfecting it, unlike other salons I had been too where they just merely make sure that it looked decent. The ambiance was just very friendly. They had the victoria secret fashion shows playing and then a few movies ready, and it's those little things that I appreciate, where they make sure that you relax completely and not get bored.
I was extremely pleased by the quality, service and the ambiance. I finally found a salon that understands my needs.

Worst manicure I have ever had. So bad, it looked about a week old when I was leaving the shop and despite being shellac it was beginning to come off during the first week. The lady doing it was unfriendly, cut my nails too short and had a massive attitude when I pointed out that she had missed out a big section of one of my nails. Was really not an enjoyable experience and I wasn't happy at all with the results. Pretty disappointed and won't be back to a ProfessioNAIL salon again unfortunately.
This salon has a good and reliable reputation. The girls work hard and tender with the customers. I recon this service to everyone who likes to keep the nails tidy and beautiful
