terrible my nails done 4 days before one cracked .
then another one cracked a few days later .
the girl who did my nails was extremely quick in doing them she rushed them and did not put the correct amount of powder on .
i will never go back

Well i went to Whitfords Shopping centre and decided to get my nails done, i had to wait about 20 minutes before i got in but the wait was worth every penny they did a great job!
I am always disappointed every time I go here and yet I keep going. Granted what they do is always good and as a walk in customer I am usually tended to pretty quick, but it's just because it's not busy when I go. But I get very sick of them speaking Chinese or Korean or whatever it is and just ignoring me. And yet I will still go back because they are the only place I know.
My friend and I made an appointment here for a Thursday night. We know it would be busy so made it over a week ahead so we'd definitely be seen. We got there 10 minutes early, only to be told it would be a 90 minute wait, and would we like to reschedule. when we asked why, they told us they had more 'walk-ins' then expected!! They never warned us when we made the booking that walk-ins would take preference over bookings, and all they could say was 'we're happy to book you for another Thursday'...very disappointed.
