Daughter attended physio and when we met her, we were told she was leaving in 4 weeks. Then proceeded to casually ask for a small amount of background and gave my daughter very simple tasks to do. Session ended and nothing was mentioned about follow ups or bookings. So I asked and was told she will email me with her recommended activities/exercises. Over a week later, still nothing so I called and was told I will get her to send it. No apology nothing. Wouldn’t waste my time with them!

Proactive Therapy is a professional and highly qualified practice offering physiotherapy and a variety of other services such as dry needling, massage and pilates.
The Physiotherapists are all friendly and have a strong policy of providing quality service that is very client focused. Predominanetly young staff who are energetic, knowledgable and skilled in what they do, and how they explain it to their clients. One of the best physios I have been to for being able to explain what they are doing and why there could be a problem.
I have been going to this practice for over 3 years (for a variety of different issues - it hasn't taken 3 years for one problem) and have recommended a number of my friends visit, all of whom have had positive feedback following their visit.

Best physiotherapist I have ever seen. Very thorough and helpful. They practice proactive physiotherapy and concentrate on one patient at a time rather than group therapy or seeing multiple patients at once. No time wasted on ultrasound treatment - they get right into it through massage and exercise and movements.
I went to them with a severe injury at risk of requiring surgery and had incredible improvements after just 3 weekly treatments.
