What a headache
This company was engaged to replace 2 valves on my Heat Pump hot water service. The installation of the first valve was done to my satisfaction however, the installation of the second valve was not as the installer appeared to be an unsupervised apprentice who took less than 15 minutes to install the valve. The original installer promised to show me how to clean the filters on my reverse cycle air con when he returned to install the second valve. The second installer claimed to have no idea of how to clean the filters and departed. Of course, I didn’t pay the second invoice as I am unsatisfied with the service and because no certificate of compliance has been issued. Talking to this company about my concerns has been a total waste of time as they continue to ignore my concerns and request payment of the disputed account.

I phoned Matt from Pro plumbers for help connecting two new sinks. Not only did he come around the next morning to look at the job and provide a quote (no call out fee), he explained exactly what needed doing and why. That afternoon he sent Michael around to do the job and everything was fixed and cleaned up quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Plumbers. Matt and Michael are great to deal with.
The service I received from Matt was exceptional. He arrived when he promised and did not leave until he was totally happy with his work. It is a real pleasure to deal with such a friendly, professional person who delivers what he promises at very reasonable prices. I have dealt with many tradesmen in the past and Matt is one of the best. Matt went above my expectations of a plumber. I would highly recommend Matt for all your plumbing needs.
