I have only been here once and being a male didnt know what to expect, I was greated and made feel very comfortable with no embarresment The lady is very friendly and chatted to me the whole time I was getting my wax done, I found the whole atmosphere welcoming. Highly recommended if you want a great wax and friendly conversation dont hesitate
