Do not go to princess collection. Horrible service, especially once they have your money. Special ordered one dress and a completely different dress came and they would not refund any amount of money and did not accept any responsibility. The picture is evidently completely different to the dress received and did not accommodate in any way. Lost $500 deposit and she will be selling the dress making her money plus the money she will not give back !

Great service until they have your money. We ordered beautiful Jadore bridesmaid dresses for my sister in laws wedding. When the dresses arrived they were damaged & not up to scratch for the amount that was paid for them. It took 2 weeks for them to finally agree to getting them fixed. This was after multiple phone calls & messages. Management was rude, arrogant, unhelpful & just nasty. My sister in law was called multiple names on occasions. That kind of behavior is just disgusting & not called for. It is very disappointing that the damage was missed by multiple people before it was noticed quite easily by me. It's really not good enough & could of been fixed without causing too much stress for the bride [redacted]. I could go on more about the completely crappy service but that shop has already taken up way too much of my time. I strongly do not recommend buy from Princess Collection!
I bought a beautiful jadore gown for my daughters formal, we give Princess Collection very short notice, but the dress came on time and was perfect, I can’t thank Victoria and her team enough.

Customer service is great until they have their money. I ended up over paying for my wedding dress, 6 weeks and counting to receive my refund. Victoria is useless at returning calls, very disappointing as when she messaged or called to remind me a payment was due, done straight away, but not the other way around!! Not recommended!!!

Guys this is a fantastic Bridal Shop,
But wow, what a let down when my daughter tried on her $2,250 gown.
The staff need to know that when a customer expresses displeasure at a fault in the garment, then it is their duty to rectify it.
They showed little regard to correcting a definite fault in the garment.

Lovely store with some nice dresses but does not have the biggest selection that I was looking for. Location is hard for parking but is quite eye catching from the road.
My nieces bridesmaids dresses were bought from Princess Collection. It was smooth sailing to begin with, finding the most beautiful dresses at a decent price, we paid our deposit, and were later told that they were discontinued. We were very disappointed. But the staff were very helpful in helping us find replacement dresses. No more expensive than anywhere else when you say "wedding".
