Michael was very professional with the reviewing of our 35 year old system resetting and fitting a new battery then testing and informing us it was still working perfectly
We were impressed by his honesty in that he was amazed at its age and still working as it should.
Rather than upgrade the system he recommended to the replace the battery and reset it and we could possibly get another 5 years out of it.
