Great customer service at this store , I drive over 30minutes to shop here due to the staff knowing everything I ask about products I wish to try and also give amazing advice on hair styles and if they would suit me or not…
Best down to earth salon I’ve ever been to , it’s nice to not only get listened to about what I want done with my hair but also to have genuine conversations with real people not fake hairdressers :-)

I had been going to Price Attack for more than a year, I was very disappointed to find that for a Toner, treatment and blow dry, which all took 34 minutes, I was over charged, when I rang to discuss this the Customer Service person “Jamie” she became aggressive, raised her voice and instead of defusing the situation and admitting there had been a mistake- and promising to sort it out , Jamie made the whole situation irretrievably worse to the point that I would not return to the Salon because she embarrassed me so much.
If you go to this Salon- don’t bring a discrepancy in an overpayment over site to their attention. I was happy to sort it out and continue to go there. Not now!

Love Price Attack Orion Springfield. I have never been disappointed. All the staff there are professional and lovely to deal with. They know what they are doing and are friendly and extremely helpful. The salon is always clean and I feel relaxed and pampered going there. I especially recommend Kelly, but everyone is excellent.
