The sales girls are always friendly and helpful, but sometimes feel that they push products based on their sales requirements rather than what will work best for my needs.

That being said, I usually already know what I am after, and they go out of their way to help me find it, and are very pleasant.

I have never had my hair cut, so cannot comment on the salon staff or service.

It doesn't matter if you require hair products or bath products they have the greatest selection around

they give you great advice on what hair products to use for your hair type, when becoming a member you get discounts on purchases, free sample gifts when getting your hair cut and other free treatments. friendly staff always ready to help you with any disasterous hair situation.
