Insurance
Prestige Pro Clean carries $20 million public liability insurance. Full certificates of currency are available on request for any client requiring documentation for compliance or procurement purposes.

Compliance Documentation
We provide Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) documentation for all commercial cleaning contracts. This is particularly important for our industrial, warehouse and medical practice clients who require contractor compliance documentation.

Industry Standards
Our canopy and exhaust hood cleaning services are carried out in accordance with AS1851 Australian Standards for commercial kitchen exhaust systems. Compliance certificates are provided with every canopy clean.
Our OzTank commercial kitchen equipment cleaning is HACCP compliant.

What is your fee structure like? Fixed fees? Hourly rates?

Our pricing is tailored to each job rather than based on a fixed hourly rate. We provide detailed, obligation-free quotes based on a free site inspection, this allows us to assess the size, complexity and specific requirements of each premises before putting a price together.
For ongoing contracts we offer structured cleaning programs with fixed scheduled pricing so our clients know exactly what they're paying each period with no surprises. For one-off and specialist cleans such as end of lease, canopy cleaning and kitchen deep cleans, we price per job based on scope.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

Our turnaround times depend on the type of service and the size of the job. For ongoing contract cleaning we work to a fixed schedule agreed upfront daily, weekly or fortnightly so your premises are always ready when you need them.
For one-off and specialist cleans such as end of lease, kitchen deep cleans and canopy servicing we typically provide same-week scheduling. For urgent requests we do our best to accommodate next-day service where our schedule allows the best way to check availability is to call us directly on (08) 6185 1940.
For school holiday cleans and planned deep cleans we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance as slots fill quickly during peak periods.
