I took my car to Prestige to have the alternator replaced...Had to call to see what was going on as they had not bothered to contact me..The staff told me that there was nothing wrong with the alternator but they couldn't get it going, they then charged me a full service fee..Thanks for that I will never go to you again and I will ensure that none of my friends do either..
