I found that they have very long wait times. Wasn't impressed when I was told there was nothing wrong with my daughter, when she was coughing badly and couldn't breathe, to then take her to a different drs to find out she had croup & a chest infection

I started visiting here when I couldn't afford to be out of pocket visiting my old GP all the time. The wait times can be quite long, but if I ever need to be seen, I make sure I get there at 7:30am and wait until they open. I have seen one doctor there who fobbed off my quite genuine concerns (regarding pregnancy and miscarriage) but everyone else seems wonderful.

It's the closes doctors near my house but the only problem is the wait is always way too long and kids get bored easy and then tend to run a muck. Staff and the doctors are very easy going

I go to this doctors clinic more than my own GP. The staff are friendly and the doctors are generally nice, the wait can be from half an hour to over 2 hours but generally they will let you know if there is a long wait so you can come back at a later, less busy time. Small kids play area makes it a lot easier for myself as a parent too.

I couldnt get my daughter into my normal gp so took her here due to a high temperature that kept rising after panadol and there was a 2 hour wait but because her temperature kept rising they sent us straight in and we wete out within half an hour with a bottle of antibiotics
