Pram City

When I shopped around for a pram, Pram City Nerang had the best price on the Gold Coast. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and also offered to install the baby seat free of charge. Will definitely recommend them to any soon-to-be mums.

My husband and I went to Pram City to look for a pram for twins and the young man who served us was so nice, friendly and could answer any question we asked about any of the prams. We were very impressed and after a discussion with our daughter on the mobile bought the pram. We will go back there again for any baby goods because Pram City is fairly priced, and a warm friendly local family business.

I've now used Pram City a number of times, every time with great service and great products. I first found Pram City online when researching cots, and found they were the cheapest for my Grotime Changeover cot. I placed the order online, and received a phone call shortly after to tell me there was a long wait time on the cot. i'd already been aware of this, however Pram City offered me a full refund if the delay was going to be a problem. It wasn't, and as it turned out, the cot arrived a lot quicker than advised anyway. Pram City was also the first place we physically went to look at prams after some initial online research. The staff were super helpful without being pushy. In fact they showed us a few different options, then suggested we go away and do some more research before making a purchase - wise advice! We've since been back a number of times for linen, a baby carrier, bath and other bits and pieces. Every time we've received the best price (checked against other stores) and wonderful, personal and friendly service. Online or in store, these guys are the best!!

great, will do what they can to help you and make it easier for you.
I go there especially, if they don't have something in they will get it for you and beat any price.
Shopping there is a lovey experience where you don't feel like you are getting ripped off or taken advantage of because you are having a baby

We bought a baby capsule to fit our stroller. Great service, very friendly over the phone contact and in store. Knowledgeable about their products, take their time to explain and demonstrate. Great deals on some products where other larger ones do not offer below rrp. Normally I would not bother to review, but I was just overall pleased and positively surprised by this kind family business after having had a few bad experiences with some of the other larger baby stores in SE QLD.

We bought a Baby Capsule on line and for our surprise, received a call from Pram City the next day (weekend) confirming the colour and received it in Sydney few days latter. Excellent service! I highly recommend them to everyone.

Our shopping around for our first baby, stopped when we reached Pram City and now we won't even bother going any place else, even if it was to save a few dollars because another place was selling it slightly cheaper, because you just can't put a price on warm, friendly, extremely helpful and honest customer service. We've not had this experience anywhere else we've shopped before, and with their excellent customer service and honest help, we'd keep shopping at Pram City and supporting the local independent retailer.

We came across Pram City after a recommendation from a friend when we were looking to buy for our son's nursery. The service, price and range of products is outstanding at Pram City and easily the best on the Gold Coast. I am pretty fussy with brands for my bub but the team at Pram City are happy to track things down if they don't have them and always deliver when they say they will. I don't buy anywhere else now as Pram City have been great to us...

I have found them very caring honest kind people.The whole family are amazing.

The John and Julia are extremely friendly, and very helpful. The service is very personal. The prices are cheaper then on line and other baby shops. The overall service is fantastic and I always recommend them

I have been purchasing items on-line to save money. When a website directed me to Pram City I discovered that their prices were cheaper than the discounted on-line prices. They not only offer the best prices I can find, but they ensure you know how to use the items and will even help you install things. I have now created a registry for my upcoming baby shower and they were very helpful in making suggestions and ensuring I had covered every area. As a first time mum to be, their advice was invaluable.

What a fantastic shopping experience. We are getting ready for the birth of our first child and have found John and Julia so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We have gone into Pram City just to browse and have learnt so much about different products by chatting to them both. The service is fantastic and their prices so affordable compared to other shops. We shopped around for prams and found that Pram City was by far the cheapest, it was a great saving for us. Pram City came highly recommended to us and we can only but pass the recommendation on because of the fantastic service that we have received. John and Julia at Pram City were so helpful - I was definitely bamboozled by all the different paraphernalia required for my first baby, but their guidance and advice helped me choose the best options for my circumstances. Their prices are competitive and the range is expansive! Everything I need in one place at affordable prices, I really couldn't ask for more.

I have just had my first child and I have bought everything and I mean everything from pram city. They are very helpful and I always feel welcome there. I have found all of their products to be perfect for what I was looking for and at a great price. I will never go anywhere else for baby stuff.

It is a family owned and run business which gives it that personal touch. Julia & family are always super friendly and willing to help with any questions. I find the family to be very well educated on the range of products/brands available and offer valuable information/advice without bias.
All products are of high quality and are guaranteed a reasonable discount off the retail which is a great bonus. They also offer a very flexible layby service which I found very useful.
As a first time mum to be I found Pram City to be the most pleasant store to visit out of all the baby stores available in the area and most certainly highly recommend them! :)

We recently purchased all of our nursery furniture from this store and are really happy with both the furniture and what we paid for it. The store is smaller than the bigger chain stores but the staff are very friendly and helpful. They offered some good advice and have obviously been in the business for a long while.

recently taken over by new management who are very accommodating. they ordered a Bumbo in for us and gave a discount as an opening special. nice to get personalised friendly service
