COMPANY NEEDS TO DO AN INTERNAL REVIEW OF PART NUMBERS AND CARRYOUT STAFF PRODUCT TRAINING
I DEALT WITH ONE PERSON OVER A 2 WEEK PERIOD TO CONFIRM ALL ITEMS WERE CORRECT, IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP FOR 2 BT50 REAR LEAF UPGRADES APPROX 3K
AS SOON AS I PAID I AM THEN TOLD THE NEW GREASEABLE SHACKLES ARE AN INDENT ORDER AND APPROX 3 WEEKS AWAY, I WAS GOB SMACKED, THIS DELAYED MY JOB AND THE HAD TO CHASE THESE PARTS AFTER 3 WEEKS TO BE TOLD THEY CANT SUPPLY AND THEY HAVE AN ALTERNTIVE BRAND IN STOCK, SINCE DAY 1
THEN RECEIVED 1 BILSTEIN SHOCKER - STILL DONT KNOW WHY
ONCE ALL PARTS ARRIVED I NOTICED U BOILTS ARE SQUARE AND NOT ROUND, WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY OTHER LISTING TYPE THEN TOLD TO SOURCE LOCALLY AND THEY WILL SEND SOME
TRIED TO FIT ALL OF THIS 3 TIMES AND LOST APPROX 10 HRS LABOUR THEN JUST NOW I FOUND THE SHOCKERS ARE INCORRRECT AND THE NEW BUSHES HAD TO BE STRETCHED ONTO THE NEW SHACKLES
GOB SMACKED AGAIN

Wish I had read the reviews here first!

After finally being taken of hold, my part required was identified and confirmed. Eventually received a quote and made the purchase on the 01.07.25. I expected a reply same day or next day reply… nope!

I had to chase them daily for an update leaving messages for people to call me back as there was no shipping details advised confirming goods to be sent. Never received a call back!

The freight Connote wasn’t created until the 08.07.25 (yes 7 days later). The goods where picked up the same day and have been sitting in the Perth TNT depot for the past 3 days, not moving. As of the 11.07, goods still are sitting in WA having traveled some 10klm in 3 days.

At purchase, was told to allow 7-12 days for shipping to QLD from WA from date of purchase which I felt was fine. Here we are 11 days later and the goods still haven’t left Perth!

If you order goods from this business make sure you lower your reasonable expectations on when you think you will receive the goods…

They have lost any future sales with me, including the 4 complete 4x4 company vehicles I was looking to have them quote to fit out in WA.

I would not recommend this business at all, my experience was terrible from start to finish. I thought paying a premium price i would get a premium service, this was not the case at all, their communication is horrible, i had to contact them to get my order because they obviously forgot it, then when my vehicle was in their shop they said they did not have my number so couldn't contact me, but i have an email where i gave them my number, then when the job was done i had to contact them to pick up the vehicle, and the car had dirt and sand left in the foot well when it was given to them clean, the dyno tune was not even done by them and whoever they got to do it did an abysmal job. plus much more other things to complain about but they are not worth my time or energy, use this company at your own risk.

This post is based purely on the service that I received and not the product itself.

Mid November 24 I order a tub rack as a Christmas for my sons Nextgen Ford Ranger. I specifically ordered this as it suited the tub cover and the website stated that they had them in stock.

Come the 23rd of December I still hadn't received the item or anything to state that it had been dispatched so I contact PPD.

The response that I received didn't mention anything about the reason for not sending earlier but stated that it couldn't be sent to my personal address due to the size of the items. I advised that I live on a large property and delivery of such items wouldn't be an issue. I was then told it was non-negotiable and advised that I either needed to pick up at a depot that was not close to me or provide a commercial address with access to a forklift.

I finally received the items yesterday, 6 Jan 2025. The parts came in four boxes easily manageable by one person. One of the boxes may have required a second person but at no stage was there need for a forklift.

I am extremely disappointed with the run around I got for this product and the cost I paid for freight for essentially non-delivery of the item.

I certainly hope the product is better than the service I received.

Purchased a 3inch exhaust for a KZN130 Hilux surf with little time to fix a non running car. PPDs express delivery option had the whole system arrive in just a few days, giving me extra time to sort it out.

The turbo back was already drilled and tapped for an NPT EGT sensor probe which has saved me the trouble of doing that later. It came with all the necessary gaskets and fittings (except the NPT fitting- which was cheap to source from a hydraulics store- but would have been nice to come with the kit).

The design is rookie friendly and took little time to install as the end of the dump pipe had oblong shaped cuts. This meant the rest of the exhaust could be twisted and fastened without clashing with the trans and had zero leaks first start!

The exhaust sounds incredible and isn't overdone, with a nice 50/50 engine/exhaust note balance which let's the little turbo sing. It is still drivable in high speedzones. The customer service is fairly quick to respond to questions as well.

Bought one of their 3” stainless exhausts for my 4by. It lasted 18 months before a huge crack appeared on the dump pipe. Took it into an exhaust repair shop, they welded it up but said it would crack again because it is made of very thin rubbish. I guess you get what you pay for.
Got in contact with PPD and sent them photos of the crack. They were really good about it and said they would send a new dump pipe free of charge. Just waiting for it to turn up so i can get it fitted. Hopefully it won’t be made of the same “thin rubbish”....time will tell.
