Richard is not only a great pc 'fixer' he's a pleasant person to deal with. I use my Pc for personal and business use and he recognises the need to have almost immediate attention and I have found him to be as prompt as he possibly can and always willing to go the extra yard to be part of a 'solution' rather than an added problem as I have found 'some' PC Geeks( sorry Richard!not you!) to be. Great service and even better, great pricing! Tony
