Cut the wrong key and then would not fix it for a week and we had no access. Terrible service and even hung up on us when tried to followed up as kept leaving messages. Incredible rude and would not recommend to anyone wanting timely service with a smile.

The locksmith (Clem?) was prompt to the appointment and very experienced in restoring an ancient lock on my bungalow door. The quote was reasonable and he took time out to explain that this was a temporary fix and what the alternatives were for a future overhaul.

I have just received some of the most outstandingly professional & compassionate service from Port Melbourne Locksmiths. I had deadlocked my hire car keys inside as I was departing for a flight. As you can imagine timely access to my keys was a priority. Ben's compassionate, caring & genuine effort to assist me quickly was remarkable. He was extremely professional, covering his safe-checks that I was genuinely entitled to enter the property & then thoroughly demonstrated that the locks were un-damaged & functional afterwards. I felt so cared for on all fronts and was given extremely speedy access to my vehicle (& successfully made my flight!!) Thank you Ben!

I greatly appreciated Paul's help in cutting and coding a new key for my VW Golf GTI at a much cheaper price than it would have cost me to have a VW dealer import a replacement key from overseas. I couldn't fault his determination to get the job done!!

Port Melbourne Locksmiths replied promptly to my call for help regarding a broken deadlock on my front door - and my need to get to work in the morning. Paul arrived before the scheduled time, fitted the new deadlock, patiently explained how it worked and differed from my current lock.
Lower callout fee than others I rang. Very satisfied.

Needed new locks fitted during a divorce dispute. I need the locks changed urgently. I called this company and explained my hurry. Every "emergency locksmith" was 7 to 14 days even if i offered to pay extra. They said they would make an appointment ASAP, which they did. A big surprise was that the locksmith turned up 15 minutes before the nominated time. What tradesman keeps an appointment these days? NONE that I have used! For being punctual deserves special mention. The locksmith was fast and friendly. He even asked for my vacuum cleaner and cleaned up his mess, and did not expect me to do it. This is company seems to have very professional tradesmen working for them.

The work was done fast and the fees charged were reasonable considering my urgent request I was very pleased and highly recommend this company
