Poolwerx

I unfortunately dealt with a VERY rude staff at Poolwerx Keppera. I had asked for a basic service to have the pool clean for open home (the pool had recieved a service only 1 1/2 weeks prior from another pool company that unfortunately were too busy to help me out) and they charged me a ridiculous amount of money for a whole heap of chemicals and treatments that I knew for a fact the pool did not need. Then, because I paid the invoice in 2 equal payments as I could not afford to pay it all in one go, I got rude treatment by the staff. I had to hang up because staff was ranting and raving so much. UNBELIEVABLE! I warn you, unless you're thick skinned, generous with your money ,don't do business with them

As both a new pool owner and new to the area, I tried Poolwerx for helping me prepare my pool for summer. The guy who came out did a good job as well as had the patience to answer all my questions and even run through how different things worked. Only problem here was that he did not communicate the times he was coming to work on the pool well enough but this was not overly a problem. The staff in store (especially the lady on weekdays) were very helpful when testing my pool sample, running through each item with me and each chemical and explaining what they did and rough levels too look for. With this level of service I have no reason to try elsewhere. Recomend them thoroughly. S.
