Not sure if under new management or not, but had problem with chlorinator not making chlorine. ? cell or chlorinator. Asked to bring both down for them to assess. Waited ages, heard nothing. After chasing up told cell ok, need new chlorinator. Decided to price around as quote very high. Part on pump split, took photo to them, told will be in touch. 2 seeks, nothing, several visits, no one knew, person who took the photo on leave, more delay, finally, she said she'd deleted photo needed another.
