I was charged 2 hours labor for 1 hours work. He had equipment problems so he was here for a little less than 2 hours but he was actually clearing the drainage pipe for just under an hour. The drainage pipe flows a little better then before but it still backs up. He also lost a piece of equipment in my drainage pipe, so now I have a length of hose with a pressure attachment on the end stuck in my drainage pipe. 3 months later and the pipes are blocked again.
