In the process of building a house currently with PJ Burns. Overall, both my partner and I are very happy with PJ Burns. Their customer service is fantastic. Calls are always returned, sales people phone reguarly to keep in touch and make sure there are no issues.
Company seems very understanding and tolerant of all the issues being created by banks at the moment with their very unreasonable demands. They have gone out of their way to assist with demands from the bank etc.
Build time is being kept very low. All around in the estate we are building in houses are going up at a rapid rate - while other builders... houses just seem to sit there for so much longer!
