Do not use this business, they lied about lots of problems, heaps of rework and still not correct. Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever used and should be on A current affair.

Probably the best service and workmanship I have experienced from a smash repairer. Panels are straight, paintwork is faultless, car delivered on time. Communication was pretty good too, only one occasion I had to chase them up. Will definitely use them again.
The job did take a bit longer than first estimated but the results were fantastic and Pickering's did look after me by doing that little bit extra so thanks guys and nice job onmy car.
Have taken my car here two times. First time was through my insurance, no issues at all. Second time for a private quote. I got four quotes in the area and Pickering were the cheapest by $300-500. They were always very helpful when I had any questions and did a great job with repairs.
My car was smashed at rear end with panel damages. Insurance company sent my car over there. They called me up a couple times to explain what work to be done, well communicated. They had my car restored to even better condition I expected and did a little more work on it. New looking on the back of my car now. Happy days.
Prolonged repair period by ordering and replacing stuff that wasn't actually damaged nor needed replacing (as per usual)
RUDE ....This place has the worst customer service and business management skills that i have ever come in contact with. i have never been so disregarded as a customer in my life! Not only didnt they get my car back on time they NEVER returned my phone calls and NEVER called me to tell me my car wasnt going to be ready when they said it was. I received only one phone call on a friday 3 days after my car was suppose to be ready to say its fixed it only needs to be painted and i have ppl on the weekend working and when i said i need it fixed and ready to be picked up monday arvo because of commitments they said "well they cant force the staffs to work on it over the weekend" I called RACQ to make a formal compliant and still didnt get an answer to when my car was going to be ready.. Then when i picked the car up the management (who i dealt with all a long) came up with half a dozen excuses to why they didnt return my calls, and why they provided such poor time management and customer service said things like "we fix 40-50 cars a week and sometimes we just cant fix some on time because of time restraints i cant make ppl work over time if they dont want to so some cars unfortunately it was yours get put aside. I WOULD NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND THIS REPAIRER IF ITS THE ONLY REPAIRER AVAILABLE I WOULD RATHER DRIVE A BANGED UP CAR OR SPEND THE MONEY ON A NEW CAR THEN COME BACK HERE!!!!!!
9 years on and this review could not be more accurate. Without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever received from any business, period. Extra charges, 12 days longer than they said, and on top of that, I didnt receive a single call update.
After someone hit my car went to pickering smash repairs they sounded good and told me they would use a new part . After work was done i found they used the old part which broke easy later in the life of the car . Also in putting the car back together was not done correctly causing more damage to a part which was previously fine will never go near them again
My girlfriend recently had her 3 door hatchback repaired here. She had taken a short cut through the corner of a brick wall when turning out of a garage and left a nice scrape and dents down the rear wing. I'm fairly particular and in the past I've found the work by most repairers to be fairly poor. I can honestly say I found nothing wrong with the quality of the repair. The paint match was very good and I didn't find any inclusions - a sign they have good filtration in their paint and a clean drying area. The only critisism according to my partner is that the customer service could have been a little more friendly. However this certainly doesn't stop me highly recommending the quality of these guys - it's the best I've seen and the most important aspect of any smash repair. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to my friends.
After having someone drive up the back of my car I took it to Pickering Smash Repairs to be fixed. Although they took longer to fix it than initially anticipated, it seemed like they had done a good job. After a heavy rain storm, I discovered over 10 litres of water in the boot which was leaking throughout the car, making everything wet, mouldy and constant mist in the tail lights and windscreen. I took it back to be fixed which again it appears they have done but have failed to clean the interior of my car. Considering the car wasn't leaking after the accident and it was only from their repair job, I thought it would be there responsibility to clean the interior. I won't ever take my car back to this Smash Repairer.
